Mrs. Cornstubble's Retirement Celebration

The Joliet Montessori School community invites you to join us as we say "Thank You" to Mrs. Cornstubble for her many years of dedicated service to the children and families of Joliet Montessori.

All programs are offered Monday through Friday, from the end of August to the beginning of June.

Elementary

For children ages 6 through 12 who have completed Montessori Primary

9:00 am - 3:00 pm

The Montessori elementary curriculum for children ages 6-12 includes course selections in mathematics, language arts, oral expression, geography, history, science, music, art, drama and physical skills.

Universal questions of how things came to be, how do we name and classify things and how does our world operate within it are addressed. Children learn the process of seeking out information. Working in a small group, research-oriented environment, they learn the questions to ask rather than just finding the answers.

Children who complete the Elementary program are fully prepared to take their place in the Adolescent classroom.

"Student Alumi Open House"

Alumni students of Mrs Cornstubble's are invited to join us on Fri, May 28, for an Open House being held from 12:30 - 4:30 p.m. Food, fun and games are planned to help celebrate Mrs. Cornstubble's Retirement.
