JMS is a not-for-profit, tax-exempt corporation organized under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.  All revenues and operating funds are received from tuitions, fees, donations, and grants.  All donations are tax deductible.  There are many ways you may contribute to JMS.

 1)  Annual Fund Campaign - several levels of giving are available for your convenience:

     Dr. Maria Montessori Level - $10,000 and above

     The AMI Level - $5,000 to $9,999

     The JMS Level - $1,000 to $4,999

     The Adolescent Level - $500 to $999

     The Senior Elementary Level - $250 to $499

     The Junior Elementary Level - $100 to $249

     The Primary Level - $1 to $99

2)  Unrestricted monetary gifts to your child's classroom.

3)  Matching Gifts - Hundreds of companies will match donations; please contact your human relations department to obtain appropriate paperwork.

4)  Planned giving (i.e., wills, living trust, charitable remainder trusts, etc.)

5)  Gifts in Kind - These gifts include services such as handy man, carpentry, gardening, etc.  These types of donations are always welcomed and appreciated.

6)  Occasional voluntary opportunities to fund raise will be provided throughout the school year.
